Exploring Your Values
Exercise 1:
When you think of the times in your life where you’ve been the happiest, the proudest, or the most satisfied, which of the lsited values come to mine?
Accomplishment, Acheivement, Challenge, Efficiency, Courage, Deciciveness, Excitement, Independance, Adventure
Exercise 2:
Pick one value and write a couple of sentences about why one of the values you chose is important to you.
Adventure:
I like to think of everything I do as an adventure. I makes the mundane more exciting, it makes the unknown less frightening, and generally enables me to have more fun in life, learn more, and be more easily and successfully challenged.

Answer the following for the values you chose in Exercise 1:
